How to play when one gets slotted into a 'Pro' flight?

Question: If I get slotted into a very competent flight made up of very berry competent (golf) flight mates , what should I do so as to not make a mockery of myself?


Suggested tips:

1. Play ready golf.......don over analyse my next shot

2. Keep my mouth shut...anything I know about golf, they know 10 times more

3. Remember....I should not try to emulate their ability.....coz, its just not possible.....just play my game...short short...and hopefully sharp sharp

4. Don step onto their putting line....

5. Say a 'Big Thank you ' to them for accomodating to my std of play....


Hopefully the above will serve me well tomorrow...

Offer to play from white tee. Even though you play badly, they will praise you for knowing your place. If you play excellent, they say you should play blue tee next time. Both ways you get praise.

Very sound advice from the well seasoned.
Thanks - will do alot of good for my game tomorrow with the Semi-pros. I have just been tex'ed that I will learn heaps, especially from CoastGuy.
