| As some knew, we have a team formed in the last Team Golf League and the guys have been playing together since.. We are looking to play some crazy match play and we have 6 players in a flight... Does anybody know which club nearby (Johor or Batam or Bintan) allows us to do this on weekdays am ? TIA | |

Better to go Christine cos empty course. BUT do take note once your ball reach the green, it will become "fried" golf ball due to the sand.

| We've played 6 in a flight at Poresia before. But due to the time taken for tee-off and putting, it is extremely time-consuming. The last time, we only lasted 9 holes as that already took almost 4hrs. Subsequently, we played the back 9 with 3 in a flight. That was one of the longest games I've ever played. 6hrs! | |

| Personally, I think 6 balls flight is a no-no as it's not in the spirit of the game and especially if there are other golfers behind as you will be holding them back, unless you step aside and invite them to pass when they are right behind your flight. By the time your 6 balls flight complete the game, it would have been a near 6 hours games.
And, oh, I don't think Poresia allow it, especially on weekends. As for weekdays, I am not sure as I rarely play on weekdays.

| Oh shit, here we go again, recently someone complain driving buggy to green or into fairway.... No officially inviting people to play 6 balls.
Big respect to you people. Enwee complain SAFRA slow play, then 6 balls will be slower.
What malaysian will think about singapore golfers? got KOPI handicap?
Follow the rules lah. If U own the course or Book the whole course, SURE can. If I am behind a 6 balls, and they are slow, will they pay for my green fee? My game will be screwed.
I suggest> why not BUY a simulator rent a aircon office, U can play anyballs in the lock room?

| Thanks for the advice guys.. Well accepted in good spirits.. As spoken with the contact person at Christine, he had already given us the go ahead, since we will play on a non public holiday weekday. I will check with other clubs as well and abide by their rules and regulations. Just for you guys, I will also post our intended date of play so you may choose to avoid teeing off right behind us. Thanks all for more suggestions.. | |

Play golf of cos follow rules Chien is jus asking which course allow 6 balls and not insisting on playing 6 balls in any local or Malaysia courses And I don't think Chien is the type that like to play balls in locker room

I suggest> why not BUY a simulator rent a aircon office, U can play anyballs in the lock room? looks like the thread starter sought permission from the course mgt to play at an offpeak tee time and mgt agreed. win-win outcome i thought. at the end of the day, its a game maybe try to ease up a little, mate... just chill lah, don't need to be so angsty

And I don't think Chien is the type that like to play balls in locker room chien, PLEASE CHECK if the insurance cover you people not playing according to rules and regulation? the management might agree, then the decision is in your hand. i SUGGESTED PLAYING at your own course or ""I suggest> why not BUY a simulator rent a aircon office, U can play anyballs in the lock room?""" FOR SAFETYandrew READ correctly what make you think otherwise? I dont care either

| Chien, I still think 6 balls is not a good idea, 2 flights of 3 balls, sticking together still can bet. But 4 and 2 usually very tide. andrew, since you cannot understand sophisticated ang moh, lets play golf. But U can count or not? | |
