| i am getting greedy again so its time to hit the makan trail. found this great French with Japanese influence restaurant recently and really loved the way they create those complicated and delicate servings. Its call Etoile and really out of the beaten track. so as usual i asked the chef if he can create something special for me. i think for 8 to 10 paxs he can and have even create a Degustation Menu or what we termed as a sampling menu.  Likely date is from 7 to 10 April in the evening. it should be BYO for wines. interested parties, please indicate your participation. Bon Appetite! DGman | |
