Driver Selection

Hi Guys,

After looking around for a few weeks, decided to bite the bullet and get a new driver... Currently using cobra S9.1 with stock shaft. Realised that its quite stiff (compared to Diablo edge JV stff) and launch is too high. Need some distance as dont really need much height as I can launch the ball pretty ok off a tee.

Looked at a few models, including G15, TM superburner, cleveland hibore, etc. Anyone can advise where I can go to try hitting some of these clubs to get a good feel and finally make up my mind.

Most range has Pro shop, however, they don't carry all the models . You probably have to visit a few shops and try it out. Also, it is better to go for swing analysis to determine which type of flex to choose.

go to SSN, there are many drivers to try....

nope. There's another shop that is next to it that carry other brands
