Just have to fit the bill.... Sourcing people are good in negotiating, which is a skill Sales people need. Sales people are good at looking for lobangs, which is a skill that is needed by Sourcing people....

I know them.. but i not so technically incline heheh.... i good at TC, PR, blah blah.. but not so technical lah. UOP very technical and their compliance act very stringent i think.....
