| Hi all, I just gotten a cobra driver with a stiff flex shaft and needs to re-shaft it cos Im a beginner... bought it from a forumer and tried it out this morning.... bad fade and can only hit it like 100m.... used a Regular shafted TM R5XL and got about 180m, so definiely my swing speed is slow... can someone advise me the est cost of reshafting? thinking of going to Big Fish tomorrow but afraid I get turned away cos of my inconsistent swing... any advice is appreciated.... | |

| the cost of reshafting... depends on what shaft u get.. but if u follow the trend and go with the fishy shafts.. the cost won't be too prohibitive.. however... it is the follow up costs especially if u get hooked at bfg which will be very costly... beware... haha..
anw, if u wanna go tmr, it is best because the gong tao master won't be there to poison u.. so u should be relatively safe.. but ultraman and jeff will be there.. they can also be poisonous... especially ultraman... he is not called ultraman for nothing... hehe

| sorry bro, im unable to do that as i myself is not so familiar with the prices, but rest assured that the prices will probably be rather reasonable and much less than what u would pay at other clubfitters for the same level of service and quality...
but pls remember to either bring cash or VISA.... otherwise... -music- gua gua gua

| alucard, when you visit Big Fish, do make sure that you come dressed in "golf gear." This is because you'll be asked to swing your driver several times to assess your swingspeed. If you come dressed in office attire, it will impede your swing and the measurements would not be accurate. So, come as if you are going to play golf. You can change in the restroom if that helps. Just an FYI | |

You can also do it with office attire but as you can imagine, swinging your driver while in a shirt and pants isn't quite the same. If you want an accurate reading, best to come properly dressed.
