| Me witnessed a middle-aged man chipping & pitching in a grass-covered vacant construction area in Punggol last year.
I think he was even using actual practice balls, not plastic golf 'whiffle balls'. His girlfriend or wife was with him to retreive the balls for him even tho he was using one of those backyard foldable practice nets.
There were not any No Trespassing: State Land signs at that time as foreign workers used part of the field to play soccer on weekends.
I suppose LTA or URA has prohibited this kind of activity since.

| I think that it's dangerous. A mishit can cause damage to property or worse, injuries to an innocent passerby. | |

| really hardcore leh bro...
but if u got space n high ceiling, can built those net ard some space... saw some of those small club demo place oso have...but i feel not much use except u can know whether u contact the ball tht's all... but wont know how they fly..
oso regards to those swing at the grass at void deck, i advise not... will damage the clubs.. sometimes there's lots of small stones ard.. spoilt the club face n oso caused danger... | |

| actually after having this set-up. The only time you can practise is the ball contact. You can't judge the distance. But this 'fairway' did help my short game... | |
