I still prefer alvin's/rex's original idea though, compete on avg no. of putts. Sure we can jio enough ROW players: They have Ssquirel, shoemaker?, SBH, Mowen, Alvin, Warren Trio: Timmy/Jhan/Tianhan, Gfool, DS, Will, Mloy, WMF etc etc | |

| I understood, but people who dont usually play like that wont be able to play like that. If the person can chun chun hit a nearby fringe exactly, then he can also chun chun hit near the pin.
Both teams should have one-chip-one-putt type players, there's really no unfair advantage.

| What about having a CNY game with 2 teams consisting of golfers in GR! Format will be as follows:
1. 2 captains for each team... Slinger and S70B
2. match play, each pairing will be awarded.. 2 pts for win, 1 pt for draw, 0 pt for lost.
3. A toss of a coin to decide which Captain to start the alternate selection process from the list of registered golfers, until list exhausted.
4. no hcp will be use( for ease of tabulation and prevent complaint about the "not accurate" hcp of golfers)
5. each capt will decide on their own pairing to pit against the other team pairing.(captains foresight needed here)
6. Wager will be Dinner after the game.... winner pay 30% and losing Team pays 70% and Losing team will lose the right to talk too! (captians to agreed on budget of dinner and green fees to be paid by each participants)
Just a suggestion ya .. cheers! | |
