what is the norm at different countries (i.e. malaysia, indonesia, thailand)?

I just don't want to under-tip considering the caddy follow the group for the half the day at least.

10 to 20 dollars dependingb how satistied u are with your caddy.

My fren even tip a caddy 50 bucks for coaching/guiding him!

Usually it is Rp100,000 in Indonesia and Rm 30.00 in Malaysia
