- yup. as mentioned. i did hit my longest drive with the D3. 350M on a Par 5 at Horizon Hills. Second shot with a solid 7 iron and I land at the green side bunker.
But somehow I was not able to launch the ball, up till today, I wasn't sure if it was the Diamana shaft or the D3 head. My next driver after that was a R7 Limited with Graman '5' Series. Insane, MC. Really insane. Even with the ball being able to roll downhill, you would've had to carry the ball about 250m. *I'm not worthy* *I'm not worthy*

| it is actually my favourite so far. the driver maybe as long as my cobra/5series combo.
I hit the straightest drive with that driver today. ball flight was perfect, how i like it. starts low and grows to a float and then comes down hard...
I can still remember that drive on the 15th. Long, straight and exactly where I set it up to be.
either the combo or kajiki and R7Ltd did it or the fact that Steve Tan is breathing heavily down my neck.

| alas... my journey still continues. i guess most folks are right. i am throwing ego out of the window and looking to lowering my scores with cheater-bug-equipment. i can hear someone laughing, "still trying to buy lower score?" i can hear someone laughing, "I thought u said that your journey has ended?" i can hear someone just laughing. plain laughing. Anyway, this is what a corner of the house will look like if almost everyone in the household is golf crazy and one of the family members has a loooooong journey. This is my putter collection. Will be doing a show-and-tell when i find the time.

| MC.. dun worry.. some of the GR forumers have more golf equipment lying around at home.... that's why we never mention "end of journey" or words like that... Don't worry about the laughs.. it's from people who've been there.. and done that... | |
