Help! Remedies for sore shoulders?

Hi, any suggestions to lessen shoulder ache from all the golf swings?
Have tried many brands of patches & creams eg. Salonpas & also Panadol Extend that do help but seeking for alternatives.
Has anyone tried eg. Changi Sports Medicine Centre, Tui Na or sports massage that helps?

My shoulder aches are caused by hunching over at work (desk). Bad posture = shoulder or back aches. May not come from golf swing.

Have to agree with PS on sitting postures.
Our shoulders tend to tense up while typing, in the long run causing it to be sore and tight.

I went for this sports massage at novena sports medical center before. but i went there for injured ankle and it was not bad. you can check it out if you want.
I find that the sport doctors there are not bad.. =)
