there is this decent looking U & V groove sharpener (2 in 1) on eBay going for around US18.95

can't comment on usefulness as I've not tried it myself

i got mine from ebay, for about the same price. its pretty useful as it cleans and sharpens ur grooves. For me though, i didn;t see my balls spin more etc ... (it probably just is me)

But it does scrap away old metal on ur wedges so it definitely digs deeper and makes the grooves look shinier too.
