It was a brighter, warmer morning today compared to y'day. We gathered at the clubhouse where everyone had a light breakfast before heading off to the 1st tee.

The ASS thought that yesterday's tough match against the lady pro was a good warm-up for today's slaughtering. How wrong we were!

Right from the get-go, ZX was punishing his ball (and us) with his ultra long drives. Even the monkeys near the teebox were in awe!



I thought I was there so that the roasting will be easy. Even had my game face and was dressed for the occasion:



But alas, ZX proved to be a tough nut to crack where sometimes we think his 'he sian gu' signature move was his main defense of protecting his nuts. Even with the stipulated 4-4 stroking, we found ourselves level after 9 holes for the saddam.

On the back nine prior to teeing off. He realised he was only 6 over and proceeded to wail one right 2 fairways away. Slinger and I were shocked cos apparently, the buaya school that he came from only taught him to throw strokes when the going is too good...but din teach him to wait till the 16th hole onwards. He decided there and then to do it at the start of the back nine.

Capt found out that he was crushing his drives unusually far y'day that his driver head came loose. Had to settle for teeing off with his 5 wood after the 12th..even on the 420M 14th.



ZX held on. He proceeded to launch 1 on the Index 2 but his long ball caught the fairway bunker...



and he had to chip out to 105m......where he then proceeded to 'top' it and had the ball roll into the hole for an improbable 3! The A.S.S. team were quite shellshocked from his play and all proceeded to bogey that hole.

ZX took pity on us and proceeded to continue his buaya-ing by double-bogeying his next 2 holes so that we have a 'chance'.

It was a hard fought 'victory' where the A.S.S. team won 3 up and with the offerings from ZX, lunch money was covered.

We must say that the A.S.S. team were pretty impressed by his royal longness. Even Capt was thanking his lucky stars for not allowing more than the agreed 4-4 and 2-2 (individual) stroking.

We believe his royal longness has tons of potential but his variety of shots around the green has to be expanded in order for him to become the ultimate buaya of GR.

asahi, just for your info, the minimum stakes allowed:

1) individual - $5 per hole, birdie - $5
capt and shifu will give you 1-1 each

2) saddam - total $15 per hole
capt, shifu and alvin will give you 3-3

i was paid a lot of money to do that..the head cannot come loose on the first day and can only do so around the midway point in the second game.

anyway its business as usual now...it will stay there for a long long time.

i heard it was bloody on the back nine after all the plastic smiles has worn off...haha
