How did you and capt fare at silly selangor?

Always thought its one of the toughest course around.

I wudn't call it silly dude. In terms of layout and playability, I would say its one of the better, if not the best 'oldskool' golf clubs I have played in Malaysia.

The layout is quite brutal if u lack the length. only 27 holes were opened. All the finishing holes measure out at least 420yds. The new 2nd nine we tried today was a whooping 484yds for a par 4 as the closer.

Today started out tuff...with a bit of rain on the 1st 2 holes. Thankfully it stopped as we approached the 3rd tee and it was lovely overcast weather for most of the rest of the round.

As usual, 9-9 was given again for the 'heavyweight'. However, his crappy golf shoes did him in and we pummeled him 12 up.

Definitely one of the courses I will play again in KL. It helps that Keppel is a reciprocal club.

Thanks for the tip.....I will make sure I have proper shoes.

Hahaah, was it the shoes or the activities prior to the game? He doesn't have to be there. Just thinking of it will make him tired.
