| I think it is clearer if we say we improve our strength rather than increase weight....
Tell a lady to increase her weight and she will tell you she already so fat and want to lose weight.

| Hows this for crazy? I used to hit my 7 iron 120m and laid off golf for maybe 6 months. Picked it up again recently when my boss asked me to play and was consistantly hitting 1 club more distance than I used to. My boss also noticed this and asked me if I had been secretly practicing and trying to buaya him and honest to god I have not. The only logical conclusion I could come up with is that in this time my first child was born and he is just like his daddy - a little on the tubby side lol. So daddy carry him here, carry him there, machiam everyday go gym so arms became bigger lol. Noticed that after I had shrugged off the initial cobwebs, my swing speed actually increased and was hitting my shots further (FAR...not straight unfortunately lol). See why I love my son so much now? | |

| weight can equal muscle. Jamie Sadlowski is 75kg!!!! his BMI is 23, in the heavy end of normal. Without looking at him, ppl will say 23 is a bit chubby liao. His is all muscle though...
you can buy sports weight gain supplements to gain LEAN weight and muscle. Better ask a professional on how to use them as i have no experience in this. My ex school mate use to take these as part of his training which includes endurance training and pumping weights at the gym. He was quite buffed after almost 1 year.
