How can I turn more in my back swing?

Not only from you,but everyone.

1. 7 to wedge - be accurate. practice, practice, practice. Be able to hit the green from 130m.
2. chipping / pitching - from 20m, be able to get within 10 ft
3. practice putting - no more than 2 putts from within 10 ft, or 1 putt from within 4 ft

and the most important - sacrifice 1 wedge from your setup and swop it for a 3w or long hybrid and play that well. Being able to kill the ball from the fairway from 150m to 180m in, and put the ball in a position where you can put 1,2 and/or 3 above to effective use.

Oh, I have just done that.
I replaced my 4W with a 13deg spoon and an 18deg hybrid.
My the other problem is putting.

Ghoonk, your advise will definitely help to bring the score down, that's for sure.
But how do I increase more distance off my drive?
Say on a long par 4 blue tee 400m.
If I hit a good drive of 220m, I'm still left with a 180m 3w
But if I can drive 240m, I'm only left with a 160m 6i.
And I'm sure that most ppl here will be more comfortable with 6i than 3w

So in most times, a good drive can make a difference between a bogey and a par.

Correct. But question is whether it is easier for you to generate more distance or just improve consistency with a long club

Another thng, last time we played, I noticed that you don't lag the club much, and your swing is like mine, easy and relaxed. I'm working on something new right now and will keep you posted on any progress and learnings I'm trying to put into play
