been on this forum for quite a while.....was recently promoted to Incredibly active golfer

What I been noticing is the lack of users for Cleveland irons??

Not sure why, could it be becos the tour users arent winning majors? Or the product pale in comparison with others? resell value?

I am a CG gold user.....fm what I read this is a forgiving set to help newbies to aspire to play like real golfers.

and ................seems like I am alone...the one..the minority...the clevage-land user..

In my opinion, they have the best hybrids.
Irons are crap.... Sorry to say that
driver and wood ain't impressive.
Some great wedges....
Putter is ordinary...

KNS. the title misled me into reading this thread hoping for some nice pics of longkangs!!!

Anyway, I am CG14 user. 52*, 56* and 60*. Never used another wedge except mizunos which come in a set from 4i - PW, AW to SW. So cant really compare and say whether cleveland is good or not.

Ben Hogan has been absorbed into Callaway, sadly, the brand has been left to wither and die. If you go to the Callaway website, you'll see a historic archive, but no new developments. A real pity since they made such works of art through the years with the Apex series.

So far I have not seen anyone using my brand-less iron also... There is an engraved KT302 and that's about it...

Bro, you are not alone la....

Me also Cleavage user. Driver Ti 460, 3 and 5 woods NCX-2, 3i Halo hybrid, graphite shafted CG4 Tour irons (cast but softer than a lot of forged), 46 degree CG10 PW, and used to play a 60 degree Tour Action 588 Lob.

Who say you are alone?

Two's company! cheers

Bro Duval, since Chris feels that Cleveland is no good compared to his mp68, I was just helping you all to arrange a get-to-know-each-others-irons session mah... the main agenda is not to prove that which irons can win but to acknowledge which irons set helps the owner better.
