Battery life sucks? Really? I can go through 2 days w/o charging. I use it quite a bit for calls, e-mails, browsing and games.

Are you sure that there isn't an app installed on your iPhone which has a memory leak problem?

nope...had turn off notifications and locality button..
but i think it could due to 4.0.2..i upgraded to 4.1...slightly better...

i tried turining off 3G when im sleepingg...only consumed 3% of battery on standby.

Do you use push? If you do, turn that off too. That saps battery.
