Actually it depends if it rained. After rain, or during rainin, its usually on track.

I thought Octville has always been buggy on course. If raining then its different case as fairways will be soft.

I believe that Octville was originally buggy on course but at my last few visits there (which were several months ago), I saw them building tracks around the course which I guess must be for buggies. I think Octville is now buggy on track only... unfortunately.

just played at palm villa on friday, they generally allow buggy on fairway from 9-10am onwards depending on repairs/maintenance being conducted on certain holes. For example we got told off for driving on the fairway of hole 9 of the Palm course (because the ropes preventing entry were down anyway)

yes, legends is buggy on course unless raining or early in the morning when the fairway is wet due to morning dew.

Yes. We played all the 27 holes there yesterday and we're allowed buggy on fairway. Wink

I don't think it's something which anyone can confirm right now. If the weather was bad and the course is wet, there's little chance that buggies would be allowed on the course. So, it all boils down to whether the course is in a suitable condition for buggies.

if you're free enough...you can do some trending analysis and add some variance to get a good probability with a certain confidence interval though
