Every day , every minute, I grew fonder and fonder with increasing surprises coupled with huge dosage of respect to your golfing endeavour. Your pursuit for golfing excellence had naturally attracted alot of attractions and admirers. I am not shy to say that I am one of them. From what I have heard, your irons, your drives your putting and your overall course management had left many speechless when they try to compete against you.
Congratulations to another achievement and another title under your belt.
Your sincerely

PS: your give me 3/3 ok....? Duval_S, I like your sense of humour. Would love to have a friendly game with you and I hope that after witnessing my play you would not be disappointed. One thing for sure it will be a good day of golf. My sense of humour to you: Flattery gets you nowhere. You must be kidding, me give you strokes

And you beat me at V-Golf by six or seven strokes!
(My SGA handicap is 24.5.)
Anyways, congratz Mloy.
CK Need to clarify abit.....her handicap for this particular tournament is 36 not her SGA handicap. SGA simply indicated her home club. I think Mloy's handicap with SGA is 24?
Thanks eden for clarifying. Yes my handicap with SGA is 24 which I submit when I registered for this game.
clarencekim, thanks for the wishes. NSRCC Charity tournament was based on Double Peoria / Stableford Format. Please refer to the thread on "Need explanation on Double Peoria/Stableford Format". I was not sure how the system works therefore needed to understand it. I can explain to u all if u wan. But I won't Go too much into details. Most charities games adopt this format to include some elements of luck in determining the winners list. It involves 6 blind holes, 3 in each nine. A player who plays well does not necessary win in the case of stableford / strokeplay. As to the details of how to calculate the winning points, u need the blind holes. This is usually done by a computer scoring system which all clubs have. Dun bother doing manual calculations. So when u adopt this scoring format for ur game, u r basically making a more level playing field for all golfers. Congrats mloy.

| Congratulations Mloy, you rose above not just the ladies, but above all at the tournament to emerge THE Open Champion! Well done indeed. This is validation of your much improved skill level, no doubt aided by your Miura irons. Even if you find it tough to start giving strokes, it's time to start playing level at the very least. Time to believe in yourself and take away the stroke buffers. You don't need training wheels anymore to help you to win! | |
