Golf Republic 17th December (Friday) Charity Golf Tournament at NSRCC Kranji

Dear Members,

We would be holding our Golf Republic December Charity Golf Tournament in support of Autism Association Singapore (Autism Youth Centre - AYC at Hougang).

AYC was originally set up to serve youths with autism aged 12-21 years old. The Centre is now targeted to be repositioned as a Day Activity Centre for adults with autism from 18- 55 years old.

Funds will be used for this reformation in the following areas:
Phase 1
· Set up of the Curriculum for DAC Client Skills Set
· Set up of Planning and Assessment Tools Set
· Training and Development of Staff
· Exploration of viable supported work / employment models
· Implementation/Testing of Pilot Model

Phase 2
· Centre Renovation (Kitchen, IT Room, Office Work Sites, Laundry Room, Living Room Mock-up, Toilets, Gym)
· Establishment and Setting up of autism-friendly job / work sites
· External Consultancy Fees (towards program enhancement and improvement)
· Engage external consultancy service providers to target different areas of need (eg medical, health, leisure, specialized training, work opportunities, etc.)

Phase 3
· Replication of Service Model across the country

Date: 17 Dec 2010 (Friday)
Venue: Kranji Sanctuary Golf
Tee off: Afternoon
Price: NSRCC Member - SGD110, Non-NSRCC Member - SGD160
F&B: Dinner provided. Please settle your own bill at the clubhouse if you ordered any items.

All other donations welcome (100% to charity).
