look at one example posted in the page, some golfer who is 21 hcp... the kinda detailed analysis he do on him... from posture, to swing plane blah blah...

can analyse how injury can be prevented for each swing type... wow!

Tan Tock Seng's Physio dept also has a similar programme. Modifies your swing to minimise injury. Drills and exercises to strengthen the core muscles are part of the programme too.
