no lah. he get 2 stroke penalty for not asking his kaki to mark his ball, then the ball gets replaced back to where it was originally at. so still got birdie chance and at the same time no hole in one...

his ball not in the green so no penalty for hitting another ball.
and the ball who got hit? he may replace to the original position. Normally spectators/marshals etc will help
