golf is weird!!!

Ok guys. anyone been thru? I stopped golf for 1 mths then decided to try playing again. N immediately i play my lowest round of 43 36.. It got me excited n i start to go range again.. hmmm not bad feeling. then i play a round after a sleepless night n i got 50 45 but played final 7 hole +3.. Motivated i go range again.. and Presto! I cannot hit a decent shot after 100 balls!!! frustrating.. seems like i lost the swing totally!! Weird...

I can understand your feeling, it happen to me too. What I did was to find a pro to look at my swing and get him to correct it. After many session in the driving range, I got back my tempo again. I guess it voice down to patience in practising and also a lot of endurance. All the best

Hahahaha get out from your comfort zone

golf is wierd!! i cant seem to find back the swing i used to have where i hit 7 iron 155m...

now... 7 iron 135m.... so sad.... =(

Maybe can follow this adage from non other than Duval S:

"Throw your bad shots at the range, keep the good ones for the course"

In other words: hitting balls great at a mat got little to do with your actual scores I proved it so many times already, and from your story, a 1 month break does good for your swing
