I pulled a weird muscle group

As per topic..
Left side of my neck til collar bone. Head can't stretch properly and always stiff..
Anyone got the same injury before?

I am not too sure if I qualify, but recently i am experiencing spasm on my left neck. Got it as easily as doing something simple such as looking up at the ball after completing my finish.

The strain seems to have propagated to the whole of my left back, no spasm there, but extremely painful.

Right now, taking a 1 week break, hope it will alleviate the pain somewhat.

most likely caused by

1. Pillow not giving enough support when you sleep
2. Spend too much time over the computer or doing work without keeping the proper body posture / spine structure.

Go see a doctor!!!!!!!
