I like my G15 driver very much as well. But recently reshafted my aldila stiff to axivcore tour green reg and its much easier to use for me. But the shaft still needs some running in and testing on course

Read up recently from the GOLF Asia mag, think the G15 driver is given the GOLD award.
Was impressed by this driver amid the latest buzz on TM R9 series driver going further and tighter..

Think must really give this driver a try..

Any advise?

Hi Jay,

If you are intending to get a Ping set, I would suggest getting it fitted. Does not cost more for a more tailored set.

I hope not.. proud owner of

PING G15 9.0 Aldila Serrano Stiff. Very very satisfied with this toy
PING i15 3w Stiff .. it all started from this.

Bought my first PING 3w, followed by G15 Driver... & it goes on & on.. never ending.. getting my i15 iron very soon.

I'm satisfied with PING than any other brands now.. once you got PING, you will never look back

hi, i just recently purchased the G15 driver from the shop at bishan and the guys there are very friendly...call ahead to check whether they have the equipment set up and you can demo for free...no pressure to buy..

only thing i would say is that you may want to leave your credit card at home as after hitting it, you will definitely want to buy it..

i finally took it out to the course for the first time and easily managed to squeeze an additional 20m...i hit every fairway (though to be fair, i was doing the same with my titleist) and averaged 220m...not crazy long but for me that is very good...

my friends were so impressed that on the last hole, they all tried it and every one of them managed to increase their distance.....easy to hit.....if you are like me and prefer to buy a better game Razz rather than practice, this is the club to buy!!!

Wonder what the retail price will be in Singapore.

I tried G15 7 iron at Bishan range Custom Golf, I was surprised that
I could hit 148 to 150m as very impressed with Ping iron, but come
with av price tag of $230 for each iron. So I decided to keep
using my old iron Callaway VFT titanium face. This is a discontinued
model.

That's why Ping driver and iron have maintain it's prices very well
over the years, unlike TM and Maruman prices flutuate everytime
a new model being introduced.

Itching to try out the G15 driver....

anyone plays the Rapture or Rapture V2 driver or irons?

It's supposed to be more G-I than G15 yet most Ping tour staff chose the Rapture drivers over the I or G.

I also notice the Rapture V2 irons had wide soles like G15 yet they are hidden from the top. The offset is also noticeably less than the G15..so a bit contradicting.

and they are damn ex..
