bro wont lah.. i play badminton and golf every week. Still manageable.
But pls stretch as much as you can before n after the game to prevent aches.

Just to share my xperience. Held a BBQ party a few years back n someone brought an expired baileys over. Those who had it kanna big time in the loo.
