Thks Mal, sure will let u know once the people are firm about going ahead.

Dont want too many chief around, I shall set on 12th or 19th Mar 1800hrs for those who can make it early. Will be a good catch up just before the monthly game.

If we can use Mal or somebody else condo BBQ pit, we shall not book any chalet.
Otherwise, I would suggest to book chalet.

Cost wise should be looking at the most S$10-15 per pax (w/o chalet) S$20 per pax with chalet.

Items include : Food, drink(non alcohol and alcohol inclusive), utensils,
Not include : Transport

Welcome any other suggestions.

All below are the list of items required for BBQ and would appreciate for volunteers to take up some of it.

Food List: for 25 pax

Fried Bee Hoon (I will prepare)
50 pcs Chicken wings (ezBBQ)
5 packets Hot dogs (ezBBQ)
15 pcs each Beef/Lamb/Chicken Chop (ezBBQ)
200 Satay (ezBBQ)
1/2kg Prawns (Market need volunteers to buy, marinate and claim)
10 pcs stingray (Market need volunteers to buy, marinate and claim)


Drinks:

Soft Drinks (Seng Siong - need Volunteers to buy and claim)
Wine (bring to share - will bring 1 bottle and any contributions are welcome)
Hard Liquor - will bring 2 bottles of Whiskey and any contributions are welcome)
Beer (Seng Siong - need volunteers to buy and claim)
Ice cubes (Need volunteers to buy and claim)

Utensils:

2 nos Ice Box (ezBBQ)
Forks, Spoons, knives, plates and cups (Seng Siong need Volunteers to buy and claim)
Wire gauze, charcoal and fire starter (I will purchase them and start fire)
Tongs and swivel / satay sticks ( (I will purchase them)

Hi all,
those who are interested to attend, pls take note.
One volunteer is willing to offer her condo BBQ pit for this event on the 19th Mar 09. Any objection for the change of date.

Likewise, I would see a bit rush for ppl who are playing at kranji on the day itself.
it will normally end after 7pm for those who tee off after 130pm.
So the BBQ can only start like after 8pm or so.
