For food lovers - gathering next week

its a little get together and the usual suspects should be there along with anyone who wants to join in.

the place is Petrasantra, nice italian joint at Portsdown Road where we have found memories of the Char-grilled giant T bone steak and the black pork belly. the mozzarella cheese and baby tomatoes are great this time of the year and lets not forget the Parmas. you can go ala carte or join the glutton's communal dining.

i am sure Baccarat Koh will be bringing out those lovely wines for us.

i am going to call petrasantra and get them to reserive a huge area far away from the crowd. otherwise volume alone we will scare off their guest...i mean eating not sound yet.

ok thats settled..i have booked a table for 8 to 12 paxs on wednesday nite at 8 pm 2nd March 2011.

Char-grilled T-bone steak and black pork belly secured. different types of cheese and a proposed menu from Giuseppe Massimini (the boss) coming via email...so far....

i am sure we can have different tasting of different antipasta and pastas and desserts.
