I am using phiten & Colantotte wrist bands, necklace. I have no idea whether it help or works. I just look at them as fashion pieces.

However, if you use the whole suit of the skins product. You can really recover from tiredness much faster (Just my personal experience).

If the desired effect of wearing this item is to recover faster, then I would say a massage followed by a beer is an alternative!

i am wearing phiten necklace and sometime twist it as bracelet. Placebo effect or not, i suffer less shoulder stiffness and since I got it, I am wearing it daily
