| Many timez I could find more interesting things to do than play golf. Many times I wanted to quit. Many times I have quit--for about two weeks. Curse that little evil white ball!!!! BTW, When is the next game? If Jessica or any of the Chio Bu lady golfers were in my group, I would surely regain my interested level in golf--at least during the game. CK | |

maybe i shld break down everything n learn again.... Don't think, breakdown and analyze too much if your swing is sound and working..if its ain't break dont fix it.. go see a golf pro to check if you're not sure...

No worries, Sir... enjoy the game... its hard to play well every game.. we are not Pros.. even the Pros have their off days so to speak.. i have learned that if on one day we dont play well, learn from the mistakes and try not to repeat, meanwhile, enjoy the companionship, the course scenery , the jokes and bantering and there is always another game...

| I had two slightly herniated back discs a year ago when playing at Ria Bintan.
Had to stop golf for about three weeks.
Putting was even painful.
Slowly, regained my previous swing without back problems by changing how I swing the club.
For example, I avoid the 'reverse C' finish at all costs now and balance my weight on my feet rather than leaning ahead over the ball.
I guess I picked up a little bit from TGM, RSS and trying to swing within myself more as I am not as flexible as when I was younger.
Been trying to compress the ball for distance rather than just swinging the club as fast as possible at the ball, especially when using the driver or 3 wood.
