To drive 220-230 meter (Carry) what should be my swing speed?

To drive 220-230 meter (Carry) what should be my swing speed?
With that swing speed, what type of flex should I need?

Currently I am driving at 90mph without force and my carry is about 200meters, I need juuuuuust 20 meters more, anyone can help?

go to the gym? equipment alone cannot help u. maybe if u can elevate the tee box more with a strong back wind?

Weights and gym will help a little, but increasing leverage will help more. This is something that can be done by improved technique and will save the pain and time of the gym. A combo of both is the ideal scenario combined with the correct equipment.
My speed only 95 but carry about 230+. I haven't seen the inside of a gym in years, hence the big stomach
The power transfer is the key, not so much the speed

Flexibility is definitely an important factor.
Think of golf like another other sport. The more athletically gifted you are, the better you will generally perform.

4 components to be a complete golfer
1 Physical
2 Technical
3 Mental
4 Tactical

Equipment will complement these attributes

There are simple golf stretches you can do to increase your range of movement and play better golf.

We are all limited by our physical make up however. It would be like me trying to run the Singapore maraton....unless I train for it, it aint gonna happen

My swing speed is 98 MPH with the driver and I get 250 yards (or 225m) most of the time. So I dun think you wkd be needing 110mph to get the yardage you are looking at.

Carry or total distance?

I think smash factor is also an important factor which people sometimes forget to consider.

Not to mention loft, shaft flex, club length, and ball spin.

You need a good tee. If there's anything wrong with the drive, ALWAYS blame the tee!!!
