Hmmm....if it is buy 1 scotty and get 1 free i would be very excited. guess we have to wait and see what is on offer but i am not keeping my hopes too high

Anyone has been to Pan West today and can share what are the 'selected items' ?

passed by the suntec store last week, saw nothing worth buying - like buy a Diablo driver and get a callaway C grind wedge worth $149. No deals like "buy one putter get the same putter free" lah... More like buy something around $500 or $1k get something worth $150, ok if you need a wedge and a driver the same time, but otherwise, Pan-West is Pan West, they won't do the GN type of sale.

Btw, GN has stopped selling Taylormade, heard they were caught importing heads and shafts (from you know where) and selling them as authentic stuff. Word already spread for a while that there were complaints from buyers who thought they had some problems with TM stuff bought at GN. Some kakis also checked their Cobra drivers and found hand-etched serial numbers on the sole, passing for the real stuff. Well, some others swear they bought real good stuff there too, just to be fair to GN.

something just struck my mind.

when we buy a branded golf club from authorised retailer, we always made assumption that what we bought are real stuff, but how true is that ?

How can we authenticate it ? me now a bit worry when wanted to buy golf club.

I believe its a free service.. not many club fitters provide such service.. but then i may be wrong here..

How does the clubfitter know if the club is real or fake??

Are you serious about GN selling fake products? This is a really serious allegation and it needs to be properly backed up / validated.

I have several TM stuff from GN including my Burner, 3W and hybrid so I'm keen to know if my clubs are authentic.

Wa.. don't scare me.
I was so happy that I bought a 3W just before they close shop.

Me got total 3W & 5W from GN.
But actually, so far 5W serves me well.
3W feel abit wierd for me... should have bought Titleist 909F2. Haizzz
