Any tcm acupunture to recommend in the west?

Hi bros,
Having abit of pain at back of left shoulder so wondering if anyone has good recommendation? Thanks...

im having my treatment with lingxin TCM. Did 走罐 and 推拿 yesterday and today am feeling like a brand new man. Smile

Will prefer less invasive treatments such as 刮痧 or 拔罐where possible. Dont believe that poking needles into me is going to work on the long term.

Ps - they have a few branches, the west one is in redhill i think.

Frequent this tcm at tanjong pagar for all my problems.. I.e. sprained ankle, sprained wrist, stiff neck etc etc etc

Normally he will give u a few pokes (needles) to loosen up the muscle before proceeding to adjust your injured part (s)

Thanks man... Think this time the injured part is deeper le.. hurts only when I turn the arm at certain angle..

I been going to him since 2003 when I injuried my leg when I was working in US, it recovered after he gave me some poking!! But I will have to say that he is less attentive as compared to last time.

Wow 2003.. I was Introduced to him by my colleague in 2011. Ya.. abit 臭屁 at times.. heheh.. but I usually recover after kena poked and rubbed by him..thats why I only goes to him now..

I like his way of doing business, treat 1 time, treat it good and never asked me back for follow up treatments unlike normal sensei. Best of all I always feel better after his session

There's one along jurong east street 24... I remember I got my ankle ligament overlap each other during a bad soccer challenge. Could not sleep the entire night, visited the tmc the next morning, a pull and a scream settle my pain immediately. Not saying I can run and jump instantly but the constant pain was gone. Paid $50 for it but the relief was priceless as I still recall to-date. It's located at the first building on the left after exiting from PIE. Real good!

Ya, no doubt he is good; one shot one kill. Otherwise I wouldn't have repeatedly gone back to him for treatment.

I just tried Eu Yan Sang Dr Chan on Sunday at Toa Payoh for my tennis elbow.

Poke 2 needles for about 1 minutes - doing some twisting to the needle while he is at it. Feel some numbness now but still can feel the pain. Will give it a few days to see how the result.

went today.. damage- $90.. heres the process:
1). Evauluation
2). abit of tuina to warm up and "open" the muscle
3). Needle
4). Adjustment(abit like what you do at chiro)
