Give up golfing ..no more kaki either too old already, some join SG club, some go 

working full time no time to play..some stagnant player can't improve further cant be a Pro

so give up??. ha ha..

Can by pass broker? Both seller n buyer meet at Palm Resort Singapore  office to do paperwork exchange Cheque, seller issue Cheque to Palm n Buyer issue Cheque to Seller. I just bought a local golf club. 1sr paper is to sign a broker form to buy at this price n seller sign to sell at price + broker fee $500. 2nd trip buyer proceed to golf club n exchange Cheque. 5 mins all over. Wait for admin to contact you.
