do you mind update me the monthly maintain fee? as per website mention, "Social Membership (Lifetime, Transferable)" and "Individual Membership (Lifetime, Transferable)" have different rate. just trying to know which is the monthly maintain fee.

The monthly maintenance fee is RM175.50 (Lifetime, transferable).

I enjoy traveling up to Palm Resort with my gf (now wife) in the past on every weekend for a game plus grocery shopping + petrol. We paid RM48.5 per ball. We are now unable to travel up to JB for golf for the next few years and therefore thinking of letting go this membership. We are ok with any reasonable offer. We are not really interested in having a profit. The price includes transfer fees. You can whatsapp me if you are interested to know more. Thank you.

Congratulations.
I am also thinking of selling my membership to some one who is interested in a JB club. My membership is chartered meaning I can lease out to other golfers when I am not playing for a period of time while retaining ownership. An individual membership do not have this arrangement.
