Me has not received it too ...

I have just received the ID and email to activate my membership in the SGA CHS. But there is no avenue to record score plays outside of Singapore. So we still need to submit our score thru our home club.

Same here. I think the system is "live" already.

Checked with our home club, they told us to submit to SGA CHS system and feedback to SGA.

any courses played outside SG, need to submit hard copy. SGA will update every month end i think...

No need, just key in manually will do. Courses outside Sg are not listed online at the moment ... I did mine at Ria Bintan recently ...
