Recommedations for a young kid's coach?

As I'm new to SG, I'm asking for some recommendations for coach for my 7 yr old daughter who is picking up the game little by little. Looking for someone who has experience in dealing with kids and keeping their interest? And also someone who can teach them the proper technique, and keep the competitive spirit going.

Anyone have any recommendations based on their own experience?
