| Fuyoh!!! Record-breaking Japanese teenager Ryo Ishikawa fired a warning he may be about to add power to his game by smashing a drive 367 yards in an exhibition tournament. "I just let it rip," Ishikawa told Sunday's Sankei Sports newspaper following the event on the southern resort island of Okinawa. "My target was 350 yards. I took a bigger swing than I usually do in tournaments and gave it the biggest whack I have all year. I'm well happy with that." The 18-year-old averaged just over 290 yards during the 2009 Japanese season when he won four tournaments and became the country's youngest order of merit winner. But the multi-millionaire schoolboy, who his already one of Japan's biggest celebrities, still sees distance off the tee as a slight weakness to his game. To help improve his distance, he had a special driver designed for him before the 2009 season which cost Japanese sports maker Yonex over $1 million (£618,811) to develop. Reuters | |

| 367yards? Wow!! That's amazing.
He's the TW of Asia. Hopefully, the "let it rip" spirit ends after he leaves the 18th.

He's the TW of Asia. Hopefully, the "let it rip" spirit ends after he leaves the 18th. TW is half-Chinese Thai... so he is also an Asian Golfer playing in US soil just my 5cent idea
