| Currently gaming Nike Vapor Flex driver, with TourAD MJ7S and Callaway 815 alpha double black diamond with TourAD MJ6X. Love both of them! Flex is a smaller driver and sets up perfect behind a golf ball. Alpha a little bigger with deeper face. Awesome! | |

One thing though, i like my driver sw d4 and above so needed to put some weight to increase head weight else this is the lose to perfect driver... Maybe the type v is heavier.....

I think Wilson is still very underrated. Even on PGA tour, very limited players using Wilson clubs.

I think Wilson is still very underrated. Even on PGA tour, very limited players using Wilson clubs. It is extremely underrated. I am not too brand conscious with what I buy. I would try quite a lot of brands before settling on what I want. When I was in the market for hybrids, I tested the new 915s, Adams, callaway,tm etc etc. In the end, the cheaper wilsons won in terms of consistency and forgiveness. I wanted to cover a certain distance with my hybrids and I am not looking for a club that goes longer than 190m carry. The wilson fg tour m3 did just that with more forgiveness than the 915s. Then while window shopping at mst, a single handicapper friend who loves to buy drivers saw the wilson driver in the discount rack and commented that this driver was the longest driver that he has ever owned. I was sceptical but since I could try it at the range, I took the sldr, 915 and the wilson to compare. I settled for the wilson because of its forgiveness and its ease of achieving my desired carry. After owning it, I interchanged it with my Razr fit to compare and the wilson turned out to be easier to use. My regular wayward misses were much muted and I could keep the drives in playable lies. Distance wise, quite long! That was a surprise to me as I always had this notion that a heavier setup suited my game but with the stock 50g stiff shaft and a head with customizable weights, I could easily achieve 250 yard carries. The razr fit is now in the storeroom. The best part about this.... the wilson driver only cost me rm649.00. That goes to show that keeping an open mind about equipment does help improve the game as well as savings to the pocket.

| Famous brand or models doesn't warranty that it will be effective.
It's always a trial n error to find that driver.
