If I am not wrong, Yes you need to show it at the counter before taking the course ticket.

Yes, min valid pc is required to play at SCC.

Take it as a pinch of salt, if you want to play on golf courses, go get hcp.
Afterall, golf is a gentleman game.

Regardless where you play in Singapore, you will need a minimum of PC to play on weekday, and at times, Hcp to play on weekend.  Cannot use the JB courses mentality here.

Occ & mbgc don need. Swing test will do. I believe some of the course if member sign in, also kelong one

bro Alvin@what is the reason why you don't go and get your hcp card? 

In SG, it is better to have hcp card. Save all the unnecessary questions.

yes, can kelong but member must sign on the form that you have a handicap. If found otherwise during accident happens, member might get into trouble. These are the things that been overlooked.
If u are serious about golfing, get a hcp else play at courses that need no hcp.

Just lazy to go tru the test n theory. Haha.. But what all of u had said are true la. Proper channel then save all the trouble & in case anything happened, it all covered
