What I don't understand how can a 90 Mph driver swing speed achieve a 240 yards of distance?  Even if you put in the optimized numbers in a Flightscope LM, it gives only 210 yards of max carry.

Beside the golfer's swing speed/technique, a lot got to do with the ball used, the right shaft on the driver that suits the golfer DNA, the driver design/material/loft, the ability to flush the clubhead sweetspot against the ball on impact, AoA which translates to an optimum launch angle, etc., etc. All these can translate to a high Smash Factor (a good measure of the golfer efficiency in a swing) ... There are a lot of variables involved in achieving an optimum distance ...

Optimized means the golfer already has  the right Launch angle (including her AoA) and spin, ball speed.  It means the shaft and loft is already fitted.  And optimum carry for 90 Mph is 210 yards.  If the average distance is 240 yards for that female LPGA player, it means the roll is 30 yards?

It's great to equip yourself with abundance of information available here, and leveraging it. However unless you know exactly how you're applying it to yourself, it's not necessarily going to help your game. You need to see a seasoned golf coach so they can tell and show you what you're "actually" doing vs the knowledge you have. What do you reckon?
