What is the criteria to attain AAA or AA rating for the pros?

For the pros, how are they tested and what is the criteria to attain AAA or AA rating?

Hi billcoke. For AA pros like myself, we are required to :
1) pass the playing ability test (under 150 for 2 rounds)
2) attend the required sports council courses 
3) attend our PGA seminar 

An AA PGA member would attain AAA status once he/she has accumulated 10 years of teaching experience.

Oh I see, what about the criteria for AAA pros?

Its in jhan's post... you need 10 years exp to get AAA
