GR Game at Ria Bintan - 9th November

Hi Everyone,

GR is organising a game at Ria Bintan Golf Club. Details are as below.

Date: 9th November 2014 (Sunday)
Cost: $184.00 - which include Ferry, Green fees, buggy, caddy, golf insurance & 2 way land transfer. We need min 20 golfers to enjoy the special rates.
Ferry timing: Depart SIN at 8.10am and return on the 5.35pm Bintan time.
Mode of payment: To transfer to Ria Bintan (POSB - 218-03650-3).

BVA has been dormant for a long.... since you mention it. My Sista Kat and I will activate BVA for the GR game at Ria.

Huh! 7-7. Wait ah! I ask bro Slinger & Chippy to be my witness how my game is first. Actually I want to ask for 2-2 but a bit paiseh. My game like novice nowadays.

Dears, I was so looking forward to the game but was recently called up for a biz trip to US on 10 Nov.
For those teeing off with monica, do remind her of the 'no-driver' rule.

No wonder I am feeling sleepy for the past few hours....

Just a quick update.

New law in Bintan - All transactions will be in Rupiahs.
They used to convert for us and we pay them in SIN dollars, now they are not able to do that.

So for your food & drinks you either pay them in Rupiahs or by Credit card. I would suggest using the credit card unless you have Rupiahs or choose to change some.

As for the caddy tip you can tip them in SIN dollars.

Thanks for the quick update on the new law in Bintan.

As this is my first trip there , can you please advise the average caddy tip (SIN) ? Lose golf points never mine, cannot lose face.
