2)Tee off. Saw it go offline. Gave warning but couldn't prevent: a very unfortunate accident. 

3) Anyhow tee up. Nvr check if front flight is clear. Nvr shout if see it go towards ppl or just out of sight: reckless. Negligent. And maybe even manslaughter. 

Maybe those who knows law cn explain. Just my 2 cents

Can't believe this topic still alive!!! Anyway, I wonder why this guy cannot just over to bishan range to do this, regardless is he taking divots or not, using real balls or not. Put it this way, 50 balls in range can cost him how much? Considering the cost of a set of clubs and a 18 holes game surely it's a lot more ex than range.

A friend of mine tried practicing his sand shots at the beach all alone (or at least he thought he was alone). Someone called the police who arrived and ask him " what you trying to do in a public place hitting golf balls?" He was asked to stop and was told it not allowed as it was not a designated area for golf.......

Well I am glad the police did not stopped KJ Choi when he was started out golf by practicing on the beach....

Actually not only Kj choi practiced on the beach, the late seve Ballesteros also did it as well.

The difference is that the population density of the beaches where both Choi and Ballesteros practised is like night and day versus Singapore's. There was probably no one around to even call the police.

I would also think that both had more common sense than to go to a crowded beach to practice their sand shots.

I don't think it is just Singapore. Most countries won't allow you to practice in parks and beaches.

According to PM speech last night, it will depends on which part of the beach is the golf practice being conducted on for relevant government agencies to take actions. 

If it is purely on the beach, then it might be NEA. If on the beach which touches the sea, then become MPA. If on the beach which touches the bicycle track or grass, then it comes Nparks.

So who to take action? or need to establish also a Municipal services office to look at it.

perhaps the kiasi , kiasu attitude n the lack of mutual tolerant between people.

The level of understanding of how thing works like those feature in STOMP> where the guy shake his car , another guy jacked up his car in order to pump in more petrol at JB.
