| sorry, stupid question. do they sell duty-free cigarettes at tanah merah ferry terminal?
heading to bintan for a few days, and wanna make sure they do sell, otherwise need to bring more packs over (also dunno whether convenient to get in bintan since will be just golfing and at the resort). heh...

| In addition, most resorts have sundries shops. If wanna play safe, just call ahead to enquire. Cigs in Indonesia? is nothing at all. | |

Besides selling them in carton, DFS used to sell like SGD12 for 3 packs or SGD5 for each pack for those who go Batam/Bintan for short trip. Not sure if they still sell them in loose packs like this. | |

| I went to Batam via HarbourFront in late Feb, DFS either sell in carton (@$29) or loose pack (@$5). I don't seem to see anymore of the 3-pack in recent months both in airports and ferry terminals | |

| DFS selling so ex, buy from Batam ferry terminal provision shop is cheaper, something like $3+. I have not been there for a while, prices may have increased. | |
