| Never used this ferry terminal and have a question : If I take MRT to Harbour Front station, how far is the walk from MRT exit to ferry check in counter? Same level, or need to transfer to another level/building? Convenient to lug along a golf bag and boston bag? | |

| From MRT to counter less than 10 mins. the ticket counter is located at 2nd and 3rd floor immigration counter at 2nd floor gate at 1st floor Take note immigration scan will close at 15 mins prior to your depature time (means you need to change to next ferry if you not reach the immigration scan by 15 mins prior to depature time) Change of ticket time will cost you extra $5... not sure now still have this penalty or not (once bitten twice shy) Golf equipment need to be check in so please be earlier. | |

| Harbour Front best can take MRT cheapest mean.
At least better than Changi Ferry terminal where parking is very exorbitant.
Changi Ferry Terminal parking first started with 3 x 90cts coupon whole day. $2.90/day Than increase to $6.00 ~ $9.00 ~ $15.00 whole day parking.
Over the years, now keep on increasing to something like $20.00 per day ERP system!!

OMG!! That's the reason why I am considering MRT since my condo is right on top of MRT station. As I will be in Batam for 2 nights, parking can be costly.

| HBF mrt have several exit... you need to exit to HFC building. its first floor.
Well parking at seah im cost $10 per day only. 2 nights means 3 days = $30 but MRT should be cost ~$5

| its really easy from harborfront MRT
The station is in the basement. once u come out, look for signs that lead to harborfront centre. from train station, take the escalator up. straight away, u will see another escalator that leads u up to the 2nd floor.. take that as well.
then walk straight to the row of shops. there are signs that say "Ferry terminal/Cruise Centre" something along those lines.. Careful not to go into Vivocity. Very quick n straight forward, easy 5min walk.
Just be sure to note which ferry operator u r using, they are either 2nd or 3rd storey

| Thanks everyone. Sounds like it's an easy access by MRT to HBF ferry counter. I have senior rate on MRT also so it's easy to decide. In any case, from car park to ferry counter could be an even longer walk. | |
