Hua Hin Golf Festival any good?

Hello follow golfers, anybody took golf trip to Hua Hin  during golf festival season?
 
Is there any reason green fee are so much cheaper during (Aug and Sept) festival?  Seem 2013 festival most green fee were 999 bhat, except for some very premium courses>
 
Any recommendation for accommodation/agent?  We are think of going there for 5days mostly for golf

I guess maybe raining season, I just guess nia hor.

That period if i am not wrong is the "monsoon" season and thus it is naturally cheaper than the peak period of (Nov to March).

You can consider Golf Asia and look for Pi Tom (brother Tom). He was our Hua Hin guide/driver during our stay in Feb. Great guy man.

PS - We stayed at Banyan Tree, Hua Hin

That period is raining season, chances that u cannot completed is very high also not sure will it flood along the way. Better don't try.
