unusually low score

I usually do about 85 to 92 of white
Was at marina bay the other day for 9 and scored par par par par bogey bogey bogey par birdie. A total of 38..

Can't figure wat I did differently. The only mental diff was that I had some other stuff pre occupying my mind.. Surely it can't make that much diff?

If I were you I wouldn't be confused but rather note down your thoughts:
1. Pre-shot
2. Execution
3. Post- shot

Keep it for reference,compare it to future rounds.
