| Register my interest to join and play together as an hcp first I normally play at NSRCC Changi Par3 on a weekly basis (also played a few times at Champion before, but not so often now as it is too far away for me), would definitely be very keen to try other places as well

| Up up ...
Just share a bit more about the courses I tried so far: 1. NSRCC Par3@Changi: still the best executive course in town in my view. Very very well maintainedand, very nice view and affordable price. Only problem is all Par3 so no chance to use driver. But in my view short game is the most important at my stage and for my level. 2. Champion: reasonable price. Have chance to use driver for Par 5 or 4. Maintenance is so so. Personally I don't like its fairway as the grasses are too long and u may spend a lot of time to find your ball. 3. Mandai: I don't go there anymore already. It is not well maintained and always very crowded (not sure if still the same) 4. Marina Bay: nice public course. Only thing is weekend might be crowded and the marshall there always chase players. 5. Changi: I played there when they have Monday PM promotion last year. Quite value for money if there is promotion (40 for 9-hole, including buggy). Maintenance is ok. I also tried TMCC, Sembawang, and some overseas courses before but probably no point to discuss here (TMCC is very ex.)
I would be keen to try Jurong, and some other local courses if there is any good offer. Wish to know more golf kaki and play together.
Cheers. | |

| Hi guys. I dun even have a PC .....but am taking it seriously now after a decade of 'playing for fun'. Working towards getting my HCP now.... Been playing more seriously since Oct 13 when overseas for a month plus. After coming back, have tried Horizon Hills in JB and Champion x 2 locally. Going to try NSRCC Par 3 tomorrow morning - anyone keen? I agree that the ball is quite prone to disappear in Champion, even on the FW. As for Mandai and Changi, played there ions ago.....still ok for a novice like me but after experiencing overseas courses, well..... Oh, does my 5-hole course lesson at MBGC count too? Lolx.... | |

Changi I don't think can play with pc unless the pc was issued by nsrcc Think he refer to Changi golf club not NSRCC. Changi is a 9 hole course.

I will be interested to join u. But perhaps from Feb only. Just got a project to do so cannot apply for leave in Jan anymore. Which 18-hole course r u interested in? Btw, I dont drive. So for JB course I need someone who is willing to give me a ride. But I will share the petrol and customs cost.

It is in fact a 9-hole course but u can play 2 rounds as 18-hole game (each hole has 2 greens side-by-side, I.e. #9 is just beside #1, then becomes 2x9=18 hole game) Both Changi and NSRCC Par3 require PC only

| Actually, GR is a good platform for arranging games.
This thread is an excellent starting point. Anyone who wants to play, say next week, list the date, time and place. Those who can play just add on to the list.
Watsapp group can be created for each game then. Else it's might get chaotic with a decent sized chat group and phones will be going off pretty often. Imagine you can only play weekends but chats for week day games keep coming in.
More people can join in the fun this way, especially the new members who join next time.

Any promotional rate does it offer?
